Imagine doing all that with a one-piece keyboard and trackpad in your hands. With MagicWand you can. A couple drawbacks to joining your keyboard and trackpad together like this. The first is that, since both the Wireless Keyboard and the Magic Trackpad have their battery compartment on the left and their power button on the right, each device will have one of the two blocked. This is only a minor inconvenience when it comes to the blocked battery compartment, given how infrequently you need to change the batteries on the two devices the MagicWand is easy enough to remove and reinstall. But if you regularly power down your keyboard or trackpad, doing so is more of a hassle when using the MagicWand.
Magic Trackpad doesn't have a traditional trackpad button, it does indeed support physical clicking each of the trackpad's two front feet has a button built into it so when you press down on the trackpad, one or both of those buttons is depressed. But when the Magic Trackpad is attached to the Wireless Keyboard using the MagicWand, the H-beam Stabilizer dampens the trackpad's movement on the edge closest to the keyboard. So if the trackpad is positioned to the right of the keyboard, you must press a bit more firmly to get a click in the lower-left corner; if the trackpad is to the left of the keyboard, you must press more firmly to get a click in the lower-right corner.

| Somali Pirates Seize a Yacht, the Quest With 4 Americans on Board Posted: 19 Feb 2011 11:13 PM PST U.S. officials confirmed that a yacht with four Americans aboard has been seized by Somali pirates in the waters of the Indian Ocean. The yacht is about 58 ft in size and belongs to Jean and Scott Adam, who have been sailing the boat around the world for the past seven years. The advocacy group Ecoterra International says its monitoring of regional maritime activity off the coast of East Africa indicates four Americans aboard the yacht S/V Quest were seized by pirates 240 nautical miles off the coast of Oman.
It is not clear whether the Adams — who were on a worldwide cruise — are onboard. The U.S. military is prepared to intervene in the situation if necessary, said Rear Adm. Charles Gaouette, deputy commander of the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet, based in Bahrain. Jean and Scott Adam — along with two other unidentified Americans — were attacked by pirates in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Somalia. The U.S. military is weighing a response, a spokesman told The Associated Press on Saturday. “We’re aware of the situation and we continue to monitor it,” the military spokesman said. There have been no reports of a ransom request. The Adams have been sailing around the world for more than six years on their yacht, the Quest, according to a website the couple has, detailing their journey. “Another aspect of our travels is friendship evangelism – that is, finding homes for thousands of Bibles,” the website states. The couple belongs to a yacht club in Marina Del Rey, Calif. “We were so unhappy being ‘dirt dwellers’ during our time in the States that another floating abode had to be acquired,” Jean Adam wrote on the site. A post earlier this year said they would refuel in Djibouti waters, another pirate flash point. “Djibouti is a big refueling stop,” said the post, which is not dated. “I have no idea what will happen in these ports, but perhaps we’ll do some local touring.” “If the owners are onboard, it would be a sad log for the couple on their seven-year world journey,” Ecoterra International, a piracy tracking group, said. Piracy has flourished off the coast of Somalia, which has not had an effective government for two decades. In April 2009, pirates seized the U.S.-flagged Maersk Alabama, leading to a standoff in the Indian Ocean. U.S. forces moved to rescue American Capt. Richard Phillips after seeing a pirate aiming a weapon on his back, officials said at the time. Three pirates were killed and one was arrested. He said the following during a developers day at Microsoft Switzerland on Wednesday, "There's a lot of great things going on broadly, enhancements that we've made, not only in Windows but Internet Explorer 9 which will be available here in the next month or so." he added Internet Explorer 9 is a "great piece of work" and that "it will be the best browser…that you've ever used."
Microsoft revealed on Wednesday that Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate (RC) has reached 2 million downloads just a few days after its release. The software maker launched its final development milestone version of Internet Explorer 9 on February 10. Microsoft's main change in Internet Explorer 9 RC is the addition of Tracking Protection. The new privacy feature allows consumers to address their concerns about being tracked on the web. Internet Explorer 9 RC offers users a new opt-in mechanism to identify and block many forms of undesired tracking such as cookies, web beacons, advertisements and trackers. Tracking protection involves lists that can be published online. Microsoft's second security enhancement is the ability to block ActiveX controls. Internet Explorer 9 RC includes an "ActiveX filter" option. The filter allows users to switch off ActiveX elements within their session, furthering Microsoft's commitment to security within its browser. Microsoft also unveiled Internet Explorer 9 for mobile earlier this week. The company is planning to ship the software as part of a platform release and update for Windows Phone later this year. Internet Explorer 9 mobile is currently part of "Mango", the codename for the next Windows Phone release expected to be named 7.5. | AT&T Enables Wireless Mobile Hotspot Feature for iOS 4.3 Users Posted: 19 Feb 2011 09:27 PM PST AppleInsider have reported that AT&T has provisioned the use of Personal Hotspot feature to a developer running iOS 4.3 Beta. The report claimed that AT&T was just starting to offer this specifically, but many iOS 4.3 beta users have reported that the mobile wireless hotspot simply works with their existing AT&T tethering plans. The fees for AT&T’s mobile hotspot service are identical to the tethering plans ($20/month, 2GB additional data).
AT&T hasn’t committed to supporting the new feature yet, but is expected to in the face of the competitive threat issued by Verizon. Other carriers can choose whether they will support the OS feature. It was originally expected to be released already, but now most signs point to late February. The range extender refers to a small internal combustion engine which can charge the battery while driving.Mega City Vehicle has been previously associated with pure electric mobility.Range Extender is a small internal combustion engine with generator power for the electric drive of the car delivers.BMW will offer its electric car planned for 2013 a so-called range extender.
